​I'm back in Oklahoma City!!

After 2 years of researching, training and teaching in Asia, I am coming back home. I will be in OKC for possibly a year before returning to Asia to further develop Full Contact Concepts. Private lessons for individuals and groups will be available and I hope to see many of my students again. Get in touch with me to arrange your training times and locations. ​I've been featured in an article in Bangkok's "LIFE" magazine!

It was a blast! The article features an interview and the outline of my Woman's self-defense program. I want to thank Kate for assiting me with the interviews and demonstrations.
Eskrima class will continue untill the end of February. I have to travel back to the USA to take care of some personal issues and will let students know when I will return to Bangkok. Thanks to all the students for doing such a great job!
